Private Treatment for Executives and Professionals

Depression | Anxiety | Bipolar Disorder | ADHD

At the offices of Compass Health Group, two independent private practices offer unparalleled access to many different types of treatment services for substance abuse and a variety of other mental health and psychiatric conditions.  Compass Medical Services, PLLC, directed by Dr. Glenn Brottman, provides psychiatric evaluation, medications to treat anxiety, depression bipolar and other psychiatric disorders, Subuxone (buprenorphine) treatment for opioid dependence,  “Sinclair Method” treatment with naltrexone for alcohol abuse, and outpatient medical detox from alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Compass Psychological Services, PLLC, directed by Dr. Arnold Washton, a world-renowned addiction psychologist, provides comprehensive treatment services for substance use, other addictive behaviors, and related mental health problems that include comprehensive evaluation, individual therapy, and group therapy for people in all stages of recovery and for non-alcoholics who want to learn how to reliably moderate their drinking rather than give it up completely.

These two boutique private practices, co-located at the offices of Compass Health Group on Madison Avenue and 49th Street, each offer flexible sophisticated care for high-functioning adults including professionals and executives. We treat not only alcohol and drug problems, but also co-occurring psychiatric conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders) and underlying emotional issues (e.g., trauma, self-esteem, relationship problems) that are often intertwined with substance use.

We welcome opportunities to work collaboratively with outside practitioners whose patients come here for specialized treatment while they continue to receive individual therapy, medication, and/or other services from their outside therapist and/or psychiatrist. Many patients find that supplementing the individual therapy they are already receiving from outside practitioners with the specialized group services and/or medication provided here often enhances and accelerates their progress.

The first step is to schedule an initial consultation. Because we treat many executives, professionals, and other people with demanding schedules, we offer flexible day and evening appointment times. We can usually see new patients within 24-48 hours. Everything we do here is totally discreet, private, and confidential.  To schedule your initial consultation for help with substance abuse and/or psychiatric issues, please call us today or fill out our Contact form.
